You remain the sole owner of your email and calendar data. We do not sell or share your personal communications with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, and materials, are owned by Email DeepMind, its licensors, and other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Warranty that any defects will be corrected
- Warranty that the Services are free from viruses or harmful components
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, and statutory.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Email DeepMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Email DeepMind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
- Any User Content you provide
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of fees (for paid accounts)
- Inactivity or neglected account
- For maintenance or other operational reasons
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We may retain your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Subscription and Payments

14. Free Trial

We reserve the right to limit the number of free trials per user or IP address.

This agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
